The modifications to this midtown gem seek to accentuate the stately nature of its deco-ambience and create a greater street presence as well as addressing the relationship between the upper and lower portions of the building into a more unified whole.
The interior re-design also sought to connect the interior with the building’s facade and use a vocabulary of materials and accents in keeping with the original character of the building
